You agree to use Radio Télé Écho Universel only for lawful purposes consistent with our mission to serve the global Haitian Christian community.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or older where required by local law. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All members must follow the Radio Télé Écho Universel Community Guidelines. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Radio Télé Écho Universel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and for marketing the platform itself.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. See our Copyright Policy for our DMCA-style takedown procedure.

Sellers must comply with the Marketplace Policy. Radio Télé Écho Universel does not process payments between buyers and sellers at this stage and is not a party to those transactions.

Service providers and clients must comply with the Gig Hub Policy. Radio Télé Écho Universel facilitates introductions but is not a party to agreements between providers and clients.

Event organizers must comply with the Event Policy, including accuracy of event details and adherence to community standards.

Donations are governed by the Donation Policy. Donations are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten platform safety, or harm other members.

Radio Télé Écho Universel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radio Télé Écho Universel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Haiti, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where local mandatory law applies to members in other jurisdictions, those protections remain in effect.
